I have no intention to cause any physical harm nor to gain anything from my inappropriate behavior. I was not thinking properly and had very limited knowledge in dealing with Department of Labor and Immigration policies and procedures. This incident has caused shame not just to me but to my entire family.
I honestly regret what I have done. This inappropriate behavior have placed more financial burden on myself. I am paying a hefty financial obligation to pay for my wrongdoing. I promise that this inappropriate behavior will not be repeated. Once again I am officially and personally apologizing for what I have done to the entire CNMI.
