It is a disgrace to continue to carry such a position in public when the entire people of the commonwealth and abroad know that you are under a federal indictment with additional charges brought forth. This issue has now escalated Mr. Villagomez.
If you have any respect for the oppressed, depressed and suffering people of the commonwealth, the right thing to do is resign from office immediately. The call for your impeachment will never materialize in the Legislature due to close family political relations.
There are only three options left to choose from:
1. Resign immediately
2. Forced to Resign
3. Impeached, convicted and removed from public office — a move that will forever further tarnish the reputation and integrity of our great commonwealth and its people and your constituents which will be read and reflected upon in history books by our children, there children, and the future generations to come.
Political constituents need a platform for re-election this year, an impeachment might just materialize and an example made and that example will be you.
Therefore we ask that you tender your RESIGNATION immediately.
