All medical decisions regarding referral for patient care are made by the Medical Referral Committee, which is comprised of CHC and community physicians. Cases are reviewed and ruled on by the committee. Dr. Lamkin has erroneously publicly humiliated Mr. Sablan. Mr. Sablan does an excellent job in a very difficult position given our budgetary shortfalls. Hopefully, this was just an unfortunate oversight on her part.
