Letter to the Editor: To the people of the NMI and the Commonwealth Utilities Corp.

I realized and understood that what I did was wrong and it brought shame to myself and my family. I didn’t really mean to do it but I was so desperate as I was jobless from 2006 to 2010. And now because of the mistake I did to CUC, my life has been harder and more difficult. I am serving seven years of probation and paying my penalty. I now have a job and I promise to keep it and to respect other people’s property. I want to move on with my life and start all over again. I feel ashamed and I regret what I did and I am asking you again to please forgive me and thank you very much for your understanding. I promise that this will never happen again. Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

FRANCISCO M. SANCHEZ
