• A statistical list or report of all losses and gains by its money manager, Merrill Lynch, starting from the day it was selected to carry out investments in the stock market or anywhere else.
• How much are Merrill Lynch’s consultants, money managers, management or staff being compensated by the Retirement Fund to carry out such investments opportunities?
• How much are the legal counsels of the Retirement Fund being compensated?
• How much are the Fund’s consultants being compensated?
• How much is the Fund’s board being compensated, individually? Please include all travels, lodgings, car rentals, per diems and so forth.
• Please provide the names of all travel agencies used to purchase the board members’ airline tickets to and from for business purposes, seminars or conferences and the amount of each travel.
• List of all local hotels used for the Fund’s meetings, conferences, special occasions or gatherings. Please include all payments made to such hotels authorized by the board.
