Outlaw kava and more people will drink alcohol…oh yeah…THAT’S legal…along with guns…great combo.
Sooner or later we have to realize we cannot legislate all activities. We teach responsible behavior and deal with those that abuse the freedom.
If someone burns their finger on fireworks, they learn…if they burn down a house, it could have easily been done with a match as well.
