GRANDVRIO Resort Saipan’s Tropicana and Dolphin restaurants elevate every dining occasion to a celebration. Serving a feast for the senses against a backdrop of breathtaking views, the restaurants have cultivated a loyal following over the years.
“The pandemic years slowed us down, but our hotel management and our staff remained resilient,” the hotel’s assistant food and beverage manager, Corazon Barrios, told Variety in an interview.
Barrios has been with Grandvrio Resort Saipan since 1994 when it was still known as Hafa Adai Beach Hotel.
“It is my passion to serve our guests. It is our top priority to give them the best dining experience we could give,” she said.
The tourism industry may be down, but the local community continues to support Grandvrio’s restaurants, she added.
“We are grateful because through all these years we still see the same loyal customers dining with us. In return, we ensure that they receive the good quality service they expect from us,” she said.
Grandvrio’s Dolphin Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. The a la carte menu includes steak, crispy pork belly and a variety of mouthwatering tempuras.
Do you want to celebrate your birthday with a stunning view of the lagoon? Dolphin Restaurant is available for special events and can accommodate up to 100 guests with a set menu for buffet.
Grandvrio itself is a place to create memories while celebrating festive events.
“We can house up to 250 guests in our function hall,” Barrios said.
Seafood feast
Grandvrio’s Tropicana Restaurant is simply the best place to enjoy unlimited seafood every Sunday.
“Our customers love our seafood buffet, and it is something the community looks forward to during the weekend,” Barrios said. “Everybody loves seafood.”
Tropicana Restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday.
