SERVING sumptuous international cuisines, Dolphin Restaurant has reopened to bring back a fantastic dining experience.
Located on the 10th floor of Grandvrio Resort, Dolphin Restaurant offers a picturesque view of the lagoon, the pristine beach and the lush green hillside while you’re enjoying your meal prepared with the best ingredients by some of the island’s highly skilled and sophisticated chefs.
Grandvrio Resort Saipan food and beverage manager Steven Li said Dolphin Restaurant reopened on July 2.
For now, he said it is open for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The menu includes tasty Katsu Curry with fresh vegetables; the popular Japanese lunch dish Katsudon, which consists of tonkatsu or breaded and deep fried pork loin cutlets simmered in a sweet-savory sauce and egg, served over rice in a donburi, or bowl, and sprinkled with green onions and onigiri or seaweed; the highly recommended chef’s special salmon steak with creamy white sauce; the crispy tandem of tempura and okra, and the superb chef’s special spare ribs with steamed corn and vegetables.
Li said they plan to gradually expand their menu to meet customer demand. “We’ll listen to our customers,” he added.
