Toyota’s annual dream car art contest inspires Marianas young talent

TAMUNING, Guam (Special Advertising Feature) — Students from Guam and Saipan put pen to paper, drawing their dream car filled with wishes for future mobility in Toyota’s Dream Car Art Contest, one of the largest art contests in the world.

The contest will receive submissions from the next generation of creative visionaries in Guam and CNMI. “Draw Your Dream, Drive the Future,” the theme of this year’s contest encourages students to think boldly and dream big.

As AK Guam and AK Saipan wrap up the national contest, the dealership will award the winners from each of the three age categories with water park passes. The winning artwork entries will advance to Toyota’s World Contest competition in March 2026, followed by the announcement of the 19th World Contest winners later in July.

“I am simply amazed by all the creative talent we have here in the Marianas. Their artistic capabilities and the way they described their dream car with pure imagination and wonder is so special,” said Clark Boswell, AK vice president & general manager.

“I am confident that these young, talented minds will continue to be problem solvers, creative thinkers and most of all, an inspiration to their peers beyond the classroom as successful leaders of tomorrow,” added Boswell.

Now in its 19th year, Toyota’s Dream Car Art Contest continues its mission to “Produce Happiness for All,” and is committed to creating a society where people can dream of a brighter future and believe in the power of creativity as the driving force.

A total of 334 students ranging from 15 years old and younger participated in the art contest with 129 students representing Saipan and 205 from Guam, including the youngest participant, who was just five years old.
