Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that they have taken in fifteen students and issued citations to them for truancy and malicious mischief.
Aguon said 12 students were cited for truancy of for cutting classes while three for malicious mischief for vandalizing the government properties.The students were released to their parents later.In related news, one of the offices of the Maris Stella Elementary School was vandalized on February 23.Police said an unknown suspect entered the school’s premises and vandalized the office. Meanwhile, a juvenile was also cited for operating a vehicle without a headlight, reckless driving, and illegal consumption of alcohol, curfew violation and unlicensed driving.The juvenile was driving a vehicle on February 21 at 12:15 am when the car collided with a government vehicle operated by an on duty police officer at the intersection of Moku.Aguon said the juvenile was driving the vehicle without a headlight.
