THE Department of Public Safety and the CNMI Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in locating Serafina Rogoyawa and Matthew Duenas.
DPS said the two are wanted for questioning. This does not mean they have committed a crime, but they may have information that could aid an ongoing case, DPS added.
Variety learned that the case involves a burglary incident.
