Presidential Directive 09-05 reorganizes the Micronesian Games Organizing Committee membership.The membership of the 2010 Micro Games organizing committee is expanded to 24 and the incumbent President of Palau National Olympics Committee, Frank Kyota will be the chairman of the committee.The committee will plan and coordinate with the PNOC and the national government to coordinate efforts to ensure that Palau hosting of the games will be organized properly and that Palau will be well prepared.It also said that the committee should ensure that the country is also well prepared.The order added that by Oct. 30,2009, the committee shall submit a detailed report on the budget necessary to host the games and possible sources from which funds may be raised to fund the 2010 Micronesian Games.The directive added that the advisory group which was established on Nov. 13, 2008 is abolished.
