Romana Anastaciois the first Ngchesar woman governor after defeating Duane Hideo in a 9-7 votes in the 16- member Ngchesar state government council.
Ngchesar has a parliamentary kind of government, it is the legislators who willelect the Governor of the State.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Ngchesar road pavement and rip-rap project on the other hand, will also be held after the inauguration.
This project was funded by Economic Stimulus Package ofTaiwan.
President Johnson Toribiong will attend the inauguration and will give his special remarks.
Ambassador Maggie Tien ofTaiwan will also deliver her special remarks for the project .
The governor and the members of the 8th Ngchesar State Council are alsoinviting other dignitaries as well as their constituents to witness the events.
