Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that personnel of Bureau of Public Safety arrested Jess Tamangorow, 24; Matthew Omengebar, 45; Udui Ngiraibai, 19; Ian Kemaitelong, 31; Flora Delmel, 44; and four young individuals.
Tamangorow was arrested for disturbing the peace, drunk disorderly behavior and malicious mischief for bothering the people in Ngerbeched on March 2 at 1:41 am.Delmel and Omengebar were arrested for disturbing the peace for causing disturbance at a residence in Meketii on March 2 at 3:45 am.Ngiraibai was arrested for assault and battery for assaulting a customer at Palasia hotel on February 28 at 10:48 pm.Kemaitelong was arrested for disturbing the peace, assault and battery and drunk disorderly behavior for bothering an individual in front of Bank of Guam on February 28 at 11:56 pm.Two young men and one young lady were arrested for disturbing the peace, drunk disorderly behavior and illegal consumption of alcohol for drinking alcohol at Butilei on March 1 at 3:10 am.A 17-year-old man was arrested for curfew violation and for illegal consumption of alcohol.The juvenile was seen hanging out in an apartment in Meyuns on February 28 at 12:35 am.
