The government on November 20 moved for the dismissal of the cases which was granted by the Judge.
Jostero was charged with assault and battery and trespassing for assaulting a woman and for entering her house on November 20, 2007.
The affidavit submitted in court stated that the victim was taking a shower when Jostero arrived and asked for his sunglasses.
The victim found Jostero later standing beside the shower room when she stepped out of the shower room.
The affidavit stated that Jostero pushed the victim towards her bedroom and told her not to shout because his girlfriend might hear her.
The victim pushed Jostero while her other hand was holding her towel and yelled at him.
The police affidavit stated that Jostero and his girlfriend were at the victim’s house earlier and were talking with the victim.
When the couple left, the victim took a shower.
