Soroptimist CNMI ‘fun’ raiser
(Press Release) — On Saturday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m. at the Godfather’s Beach Bar, the Soroptimist of the Northern Mariana Islands chapter is hosting their second annual Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras Party.

Green flag on Saipan
(BECQ) — The Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality analyzes water samples collected from Saipan’s recreational western beaches and storm drainages every week as part of a regularly scheduled sampling program. None of the samples collected from Saipan’s west beaches contained excessive concentration of fecal indicator bacteria nor did they exceed CNMI marine water quality standards. Therefore, BECQ assigns all of the sampled beach sites a green flag. Enjoy our waters!
