A legal counsel to the Palau Supreme Court, Kevin Bennardo wanted to use the opportunity to participate in a question and answer discussion with the participants about their fundamental rights under the Constitution.
Every Wednesday night for the last six weeks, Bennardo volunteered his time to teach the class. He toned his sessions and made it easier for participants to understand.
Dean of Continuing Education Willy Wally whose program sponsored the free seminar said that it is seldom for an expert, especially one in the area of law, to be willing to offer his/her advice for free.
“I thank him for his generosity and hope that we can work with him again in the near future to conduct similar classes,” said Wally.
