THE Drug Enforcement Task Force has seized 1,176 gross grams or 2.6 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $400,000, the Department of Public Safety said on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, DPS-Criminal Investigation Division and the Drug Enforcement Task Force served and executed a search warrant on a barracks compound in Koblerville.
DPS spokesman Dre Pangelinan said Judge Wesley Bogdan signed the search warrant at about 10 a.m., Tuesday and it was executed by DPS at about 2:55 p.m.
Upon securing the barracks, DPS said about 2.6 pounds of methamphetamine were discovered within the compound.
“At this time no arrest is made pending further investigation. This investigation remains ongoing,” Pangelinan said.
No other information about the case was provided to the media.
