DPS seeks help in locating 2 individuals

THE Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in locating Ye “Batu” Fang and Qiu Min Yu.

According to DPS, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, at about 10 p.m., Superior Court Judge Wesley Bogdan issued an arrest warrant for the two individuals.

Ye “Batu” Fang was charged with theft, trafficking and illegal possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $100,000.

Qiu Min Yu, for her part, was charged with theft. Her bail was set at $10,000.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of both individuals should contact the Criminal Bureau of Investigation at (670) 664-9064 or 911.
