Northern Marianas College’s School of Education will hold a “Passing of the Torch” ceremony on Thursday evening in celebration of its soon-to-be graduates. The students will receive their Bachelor of Science degree in Education on Friday, May 19, 2023 during NMC’s 42nd Commencement Exercise at the Marianas High School gymnasium.
