The arrested persons were identified as Mcday Kazuyuki, Vito Timarong, Antonina Obak and Paulus Saito.
Kazuyuki was arrested on the night of July 31 for causing disturbance at Sunset Park in Meketii.Timarong was also arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct on August 3 for causing disturbance at the Palau Community College campus.Meanwhile 45-year-old Obak was also arrested on August 3 for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.She is facing DUI and reckless driving charges.Police report indicated that Obak was driving a vehicle when she hit another vehicle Monday afternoon in Ikelau.Obak was reversing her vehicle when she hit another vehicle.She fled from the scene but was later located by the authorities in Ngerbeched.Saito, 36, was arrested on August 3 for drunk and disorderly conduct, malicious mischief and assault and battery.Police report indicated that a woman called police and reported a fight on the road in Ngerbeched.Police responded and arrested Saito.
