Synopsis
Many nonprofit organizations struggle to secure the resources to provide services to the community.
The training includes information on how to plan sustainable projects to address community goals.
Important to the organization’s sustainability is the development and implementation of a sustainability strategic plan and the components of the plan will be introduced.
The training will also provide tools that can be used to identify resources already in your community.
Nonprofits are also using the development of a for-profit business to sustain their organizations and the tools for assessing your organization’s capacity to establish a for-profit business and how to develop a business plan will be presented.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. to allow networking among participants. Refreshments will be provided.
4-H Marianas Board of Director President Victoria Deleon Guerrero shared, “Being a part of MANGO’s Lemmai-Mei Project has been helpful and informative as 4-H Marianas continues to expand and serve the personal and professional needs of its youth leaders. The lessons provided are comprehensive, engaging, and greatly informative for newly established non-profit organizations. MANGO’s staff are also greatly helpful and have continued to support and guide our organization as we aim to earn the 501(c)(3) status. Non-profits, especially newly established non-profits, would greatly benefit from the presentations and workshop activities available through this program.”
