Governor Arnold I. Palacios and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang met on Thursday morning with key officials of the Public School System led by Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada. They discussed PSS capital improvement projects, the availability of local and federal funds, and other issues affecting the Commonwealth’s education system.
