Rudimch said they forwarded the resolutions to the committee chaired by Legislator Millan Isack to conduct hearing and for further review. The resolution will then be put on the calendar for the next session of the Legislature.
“For the next session it’s up to the legislators whether to adopt to approve these resolutions or not.” Rudimch said in an interview.
These five legislature resolutions are the: LR No. 9-7, Reappointment of Charles Uong to KPC; LR No. 9-8 Reappointment of Mr. Johnny Yaoch to KPC; LR No. 9-9 Reappointment of Mr. Sebastian Andreas to KPC; LR No. 9-10, Reappointment of Mr John Wong to KPC; and LR No. 9-11, Reappointment of Mrs. Tutoud Ngiralmau to KPC.
The resolutions stated that those people have successfully served as a members of KPC but their terms are set to expire on March 30. The Legislature endorsed the reappointment for a term of three years from the adoption of date of the resolution.
