The Attorney General’s Office has filed separate criminal charges against Richard Santos, 34; Raymond Saka, 44; and Kios Rudolph, 21, for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
On Aug. 30, 2009, Santos assaulted Patricia Taman using a flashlight, the AGO stated.
It added that Saka, on Sept. 6, 2009, assaulted Hans Hains Ngiramos with a knife.
Rudolph, according to the AGO, wounded Xing Wang with a Samurai sword on Nov. 22, 2009.
