THE Attorney General’s Office has filed two separate cases against five persons who allegedly burglarized a house on Saipan and a residence on Tinian.
In the Saipan case, the defendants are Jay Muna, 18; Frankie Sablan Rran Jr., 20; and Shuji Takanobu, 19.
Muna and Rran were charged with burglary, theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, illegal carrying of firearm, and obliteration of a firearm’s serial number. In addition, Rran was charged with illegal transfer or sale of ammunition, and illegal private sale or transfer of a firearm. Takanobu was charged with receiving stolen property, illegal carrying of a firearm, and obliteration of a firearm’s serial number.
In the Tinian case, George Manglona, 18, and Clasley Ngeskebey, 19, were charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit burglary, and receiving stolen property.
