This event is an opportunity for CNMI families to gather in a safe place and “Trick or Treat.” Music will be performed by Pacific Winds/Manta Ray Orchestras.
Interested companies, organizations, families and groups are invited to participate.

Spaces are limited to park your vehicle in the lot and open its trunk to give out candy and other Halloween goodies. Each family or group may decorate their trunk and the area around their vehicle with appropriate Halloween decorations.
The mission of the National Park Service includes the preservation of natural resources.
This year’s theme: “Recyghoul Material.”
“We suggest that costumes and vehicle decorations be made of recycled materials,” the National Park Service said.
There will be a special prize for the best decorated trunk.
Participants must provide their own goodies.
Spooky films will also be screened free in the Visitor Center auditorium.
Alcoholic beverages and fires of any kind are prohibited.
