MIFICPA president Angie Mamaril said it will be held on Feb. 22, Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at the Gov. Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe.
Mamaril said the seminar is open to everyone, including non-accountants. But there will be a registration fee of $30, which includes the membership fee, refreshments, and certificate of attendance.
Registration starts at 7:30 a.m.
Mamaril said MIFICPA will also conduct a fundraising drive for the families displaced by the recent eruption of Taal Volcano in the Philippines.
She said they will sell 25th anniversary MIFICPA T-shirts and souvenir programs for $5 each while supplies last.
In addition, there will be a donation box during the seminar, Mamaril said, adding that the proceeds will be turned over to the office of Philippine Honorary Consul to the CNMI Glicerio “Eli” Arago.
