The AGO summoned Patrol Officer Florencio Q. Richards and Virginia Q Richards.
The vehicle is a 1993 Toyota Hi-Lux pick-up truck.
Court documents did not state how Officer Richards is related to Virginia Richards.
Chief Prosecutor Michael Ernest said Officer Richards, the driver at that time, and Belinda O. Omengkar, 38, the passenger, used the pick-up to smoke and sell “ice” on July 15, 2010.
After smoking “ice,” Omengkar directed Officer Richards to drive the pick-up to San Jose Mart for a drug deal that was “completed,” the AGO said.
Officer Richards continued driving to Kannat Tabla, where the defendants met another driver of a vehicle.
Omengkar gave money to Officer Richards who handed it to the driver of the other vehicle.
Afterward, Officer Richards was given “ice” which he handed to Omengkar.
A call was received by Omengkar who directed the buyer to meet them at Martha’s Store for a drug deal that was then being monitored by authorities, the AGO said.
After the drug transaction, Officer Richards and Omengkar proceeded to the Garapan Fishing Base where they decided to smoke “ice” again, but were arrested by authorities.
Officer Richards has been out after posting a $1,000 cash bail and $9,000 in unsecured bond.
Omengkar was allowed to post $400 cash and the remaining $9,600 in unsecured bond.
Officer Richards and Omengkar have denied the charges of possession and trafficking of “ice.”
