The auction involves the 1,367-square-meter property in San Jose, Tinian with an appraised value of $113,000.
CDA loan manager Oscar M. Camacho told Variety that this property failed to get a winning bid during the Sept. 2 auction
He told Variety, “CDA declined to accept the bid offer of $25,000. The outstanding debt amount is over $44,000 and the property is appraised at $113,000.”
Two properties in Ginalangan, Rota, measuring 850 sq. m. and 900 sq. m., appraised at $2,400 and $2,800 respectively, are also up for bid in the said Oct. 21 auction.
The auction today does not require a minimum bid.
However, a deposit of 10 percent of the purchase price is required on the day of the auction sale with the remainder payable in 10 days.
CDA is also informing the public that it accepts Visa and Master Card only and it charges 2 percent processing fee on credit card payments.
