The arrest order for Ignacio M. Deleon Guerrero, also known as Kabayo Junior, 29, was issued by Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman.
Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo retained the $30,000 cash bail earlier imposed by Wiseman and remanded Deleon Guerrero to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the hearing.
Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal, the prosecutor, represented the government while Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller was appointed as Deleon Guerrero’s counsel.
Detective Dennis Masga Reyes stated in his affidavit of probable cause that a Department of Public Safety cooperating source purchased $50 worth of “ice” from Deleon Guerrero during a recorded and monitored controlled purchase on July 9, 2010.
Deleon Guerrero handed over the “ice” to the cooperating source at Smile Poker in Chalan Kanoa, Reyes said.
The substance tested presumptive positive for the presence of “ice,” Reyes added.
