Judge Consuelo B. Marshal, of the Central District of California, said each party will bear its own fees and costs.
Plaintiffs Steve K. Jang, and Hyun Jeon Jang, through attorney David Banes, and Benjawan Luangfong who is being represented by attorney Thomas Clifford, filed the stipulation.
The complaint stated that on July 27, 2009, at about 10:23 a.m., Mr. Jang was traveling north on Middle Road.
“Suddenly and without warning,” Luangfong entered traffic and struck Jang’s vehicle which was severely damaged in the process, the complaint stated.
The force of the impact resulted in injuries to Jang, it added.
