Ivan Jones Castro, 33, failed to register within two days after he relocated to Kagman III, according to the criminal information filed by the Attorney General’s Office.
Defendants Mohammed F. Kabir, Mark Doyle, and Steven R. Aguon have each denied the sexual abuse charges filed against them.
Kabir, 42, is facing one count of sexual assault in the second degree, one count of attempted sexual assault in the first degree, and assault and battery in connection with a May 20, 2008 incident.
Doyle, 45, is facing four counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, and two counts of assault and battery of his three victims.
Aguon, 30, is facing one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, and two counts of a minor in the second degree.
In another case, Steven A. Hocog denied the charge of two counts of kidnapping, one count of assault and battery, and one count of disturbing the peace of a five-year-old girl.
