The Chamorro/Carolinian Cultural Center (with the hut) at 1213 Capitol Hill Rd. is offering free classes this month on traditional food preparations. For this Saturday, May 14, the center is offering free classes on making dinisdisi, coconut oil, and fish/meat dryer.
Classes start on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and end around noon time.
Chamorros and Carolinians, 14 years old and above, are invited to come and attend free classes on Chamorro and Carolinian traditional knowledge and practices.
Come to building 1213 Capitol Hill Rd., south of Isa Dr. It is across from the CNMI Workforce Investment Agency and by the CNMI Board of Parole Office.
