“We will review their petitions…for Wednesday’s meeting,” said Commission Executive Director Robert A. Guerrero in an interview with the Variety.
Guerrero said their office received petitions until 4:30 p.m. yesterday.
He released the second partial listing of candidates certified by the commission during its Aug. 8 meeting.
Resolution No. 09-003 instructed Guerrero to place on the ballot the names of the individuals it certified — candidates from the Covenant Party, the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, independents and nonpartisans.
