PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSMIS) — On July 16, the charge d’affaires of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Qin Jian, and FSM Secretary of Foreign Affairs Lorin Robert executed a hand-over certificate confirming that $1 million had been transferred by China to the FSM non-Compact Trust Fund in June 2010.
