Fuel Adjustment Charge remains the same for July 2025

(CUC) — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation announces that the Fuel Adjustment Charge remains the same at $0.19706 per kWh for the month of July.

The FAC is one of two components that make up the CUC electric charge, which is strictly for fuel and fuel-related purchases. The second component is the CUC base rate, which has not increased since April 2014 and is used to fund personnel, operations, projects, debt services, and other non-fuel-related expenses.
