After a neck brace was placed on the victim, he was lifted on a spine board, and paramedics transported him to CHC.
The driver of the vehicle told Variety that he was turning right towards Lollipops’ parking lot, when the victim’s scooter bumped the right side of his car.
A witness said the driver of the car sideswiped the oncoming scooter, while the car was turning right from Beach Road’s southbound lane.
