Hyatt Regency executive chef Gabriele Colombo said they will ensure that loyal patrons get the best of their favorite German festival.
Colombo said since Oktoberfest kicked off on Friday night, the turnout has been very good.
The menu
Diners will be treated to the best for dinner composed of the cold selections like green salad with assorted dressings, ox tongue with macaroni, carrot, peas, celery and mustard mayonnaise, red beetroot salad, cauliflower in yogurt vinaigrette, pickled herrings with onion, capers and vinegar, assorted German sausages, cold cuts and cheese, and marinated smoked salmon, citrus and horseradish.
At the seafood on ice section, diners can enjoy fresh oysters, farm-raised shrimp and black mussels, assorted condiments and dipping. Available bread includes German Brotchen Roll, German Soft pretzel and rye bread.
Move on to the live station and satiate your hunger with tasty selections including roast loin of beef, BBQ assorted lamb chops, German sausage, whole prawns and buttered spaetzle dumplings.
Soups include choices of goulash with beef, tomato, potato and caraway.
Guaranteed to leave you craving for more are the sumptuous main entrees which include Eisbein mit Sauerkraut und Ernsenpuree or pork hocks with Sauerkraut and split pea puree, Wiener Backendl auf suddeutsche Art or South German fried chicken, mushroom cream sauce, Gekochter Kabeljau, auf Holsteiner Art of poached codfish, mustard sauce, eggs and caper, Gemusepudding, auf Berliner Art or Berlin vegetable pudding, Kartoffelkroketten or potato croquettes, and Bavarian Reis or rice cooked with beef, mushroom, capsicum and brown gravy.
For dessert, sink your teeth into the glorious taste of Bavarian chocolate cake, German lemon cake, strawberry Bavarian, mixed berries Strudel, vanilla sauce, German spice cookies, apple rumbles tart, Swetchekuchen or German pear tart, apple fritters and chocolate fondue. Dinner is paired with Carlsberg beer.

Dinner time is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at $43 per person. Club at the Hyatt cards are welcome.
