“We will once again be handing out certificates of recognition to outstanding elementary school students who win achievement awards and those who show records of perfect attendance in school,” Hard Rock Café Saipan operations manager Rey Perez said.
The certificates of recognition given to the outstanding students will allow them to have a free special meal at Hard Rock Café Saipan.
Last year, about 300 outstanding elementary students from different schools received certificates and other gifts from Hard Rock Café Saipan.
Perez said Hard Rock Café Saipan has created various school programs to recognize student academic excellence and to raise funds for deserving students through the Rock-Aid fundraiser program.
Under the program, 10 percent of all purchases at Hard Rock Café by students will be donated to any school of their choice.
“We support the cause of education and would like to increase the number of outstanding students in the CNMI,” Perez said.
Schools and families are also urged to check Hard Rock Café Saipan’s promotions for educational field trip tours, Birthday like a Rock Star, Theme Concept Kids Party and authentic Rock ‘n Roll experience for children.
