Copies of the legislation may be obtained at the offices of Rep. Ralph DLG. Torres or of the House clerk at the legislative building on Capital Hill, or may be downloaded at cnmileg.gov.mp.
Members of the general public are encouraged to submit written testimony on or before the hearing.
Oral testimony will be received during the public hearing.
