Pacific Development Inc. director Gordon Marciano said participants had fun walking in the sand and wading in the waters.
Participants were given t-shirts and received prizes from the raffle drawing courtesy of IT&E.
“The Aqua Walk is one of IT&E’s signature events each year, and together with the MWA and the sponsors, we will continue to work with the CNMI local community, tour agents and operators and the Marianas Visitors Authority to ensure that the program continues,” Marciano said.
Among the supporters for this year’s Aqua Walk were team PDI, KKMP, Coca Cola, MVA, SkiMar Ent., Kanu Federation and Aquarius Beach Tower.
Marciano urges the community to participate in the future Aqua Walk events for a chance not only to appreciate the beauty of Saipan beaches but to reap the healthy benefits that one gets by walking in the water.
