NMC photos2) Last week, FEMA Region IX Administrator Robert Fenton and Special Assistant for the CNMI Office of Public Assistance/GAR Patrick Guerrero conducted a site visit at Northern Marianas College to view the damage and other impacts of Super Typhoon Sinlaku to the college’s facilities, including the classroom pods that were destroyed by the storm. Fenton was met by NMC President Galvin Deleon Guerrero and NMC Senior Vice President Frankie Eliptico, who both expressed appreciation for Fenton’s visit. While on campus, Fenton discussed options and provided guidance to help the college expedite recovery efforts and resume instructional programs and services for its students.
