GOVERNOR David M. Apatang last week submitted the reappointment of Dina A. Tenorio to the Northern Marianas Technical Institute Board of Trustees.

A certified commercial diver who is also involved in marine environmental protection, Tenorio would again represent the Saipan business community on the NMTech board for a four-year term if confirmed by the Senate.

In his letter to Senate President Karl King-Nabors, the governor said he and Lt. Gov. Dennis James Mendiola are confident that Tenorio’s leadership will help carry out the mandates of the NMTech Board of Trustees in the administration of the trade institute.

In his letter to Tenorio, the governor said he and the lieutenant governor are confident that she will continue to devote her time and efforts to the important work of the board.
