(Press Release) — On April 30, 2026, the CNMI Supreme Court issued Administrative Order No. 2026-ADM-0012-MSC, In Re Extension of Filing Deadlines, Fees, and Fines Following Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
Superior Court deadlines for making filings and paying fees and fines are hereby moved to May 22, 2026, unless the judge presiding orders otherwise. CNMI Supreme Court deadlines remain unchanged.
