(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Northern Marianas Technical Institute, is proud to announce its 4th quarter professional development workshop, “Navigating Gen Z in the Workplace: Strategies to Improve Team Cooperation and Communication,” to be held at Azucena, Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan, a valued Saipan Chamber member.
Date: Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2025
• Morning session: 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
• Afternoon session: 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
This in-person workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and business leaders who want to better understand and connect with Generation Z in the workplace. As Gen Z continues to enter and influence today’s workforce, learning how to lead across generations has never been more important.
Led by Benjamin Babuata, special programs director at NMTech, and Taylor Ada, student services director at NMTech, the workshop will cover:
– Understand What Drives Gen Z
– Effective Communication
– Team Building
This training is a great opportunity for professionals looking to build stronger, more collaborative teams. As the workplace continues to evolve, being able to communicate and work effectively with Gen Z is key.
The Chamber’s goal is to equip professionals with tools they can apply immediately to foster stronger, more collaborative workplaces.
