(Office of the Governor/CNMI Joint Information Center) — Residents of Saipan who need assistance with Federal Emergency Management Agency Individual Assistance applications, U.S. Small Business Administration disaster loans, American Red Cross financial recovery aid, or Disaster Unemployment Assistance through the CNMI Department of Labor can visit the Survivor Recovery Center at the Governor Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe. Locations for Tinian and Rota will be announced in the coming days.
The center will operate during the following hours, starting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 11 a.m. reserved for persons with disabilities
11 a.m. to 7 p.m. – General Public
Saturday and Sunday
8 a.m. to 9 a.m. reserved for persons with disabilities
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – General Public
The SRC allows residents to meet face-to-face with representatives from the Commonwealth Individual Assistance Program, FEMA, SBA, CNMI DOL, and the ARC to get answers about temporary housing, home repairs, replacement of damaged personal property, and home and business recovery funding, as well as other disaster-related needs.
The center is physically accessible to individuals with disabilities, as well as those with access and functional needs, and has accessible parking available. Communication access equipment is available onsite and American Sign Language interpreting is available on request.
Residents are encouraged to register with FEMA and SBA before visiting the SRC. If already registered, residents should bring their application tracking numbers. Those who need help completing applications may also visit the SRC for assistance.
