A Saipan resident sent this image of a traffic incident at the Quarter Master-Middle Road intersection at about 12:45 noon Friday. Injured persons were seen being brought inside the Typhoon Sinlaku Support Logistics Center at Triple’s J warehouse. DPS has yet to issue a statement. This is a developing story.
