Naraja required Park to pay the fine within one week of the acceptance of the plea by the court.
Park was also ordered to write a letter of apology to Officer Stanley K. Patrus.
On Oct. 10, 2010, Park unlawfully resisted or interfered with a law enforcement officer in lawful pursuit of his duties, the Attorney General’s Office said.
Other details of the case were not available.
Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Petersburg prosecuted the case while Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke represented Park, who was also assisted by a translator, during his change of plea hearing yesterday afternoon.
