This means that Aldan, 29, is now out of prison.
Judge Camacho on Wednesday also ordered Aldan to pay court costs and fees in the total amount of $145.
In addition, Aldan will perform 100 hours of community service and report to the Community Guidance Center for counseling.
Aldan was ordered not to have any contact with the now 7-year-old victim.
Last year, the court found probable cause to charge Aldan with sexual assault of a minor in the second degree. He was accused of sexually molesting a then-6-year-old girl.
On Feb. 7, 2020, Assistant Attorney General Samantha Vickery filed an amended information deleting “Count I, Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree,” which was replaced with a single count of child abuse.
According to the factual basis of the plea agreement Aldan did touch a child under the age of 18 “in a manner that inflicted mental distress to her and over whom he occupies a position of authority, harming or threatening the child’s physical or mental health and well-being.”
Aldan was represented by Assistant Public Defender Jean Pierre Nogues.
